Viewing of customer information

When viewing a transaction’s details via the Order details screen, customer information is masked by default for all users as displayed below:
If a user requires the ability to view customer personal info in order to perform their duties, they can be enabled to view this information. Only a user with the permission of Merchant Super User may change this setting for a user.
In order to enable a user to view customer information when adding or editing a user, a Merchant Super User can select the option “Allow viewing of personal info”.
Once this option is enabled, the user will have the ability to view customer information, as displayed below:
Note: If a user does not have the Merchant Super User permission, the following tooltip will be displayed to when attempting to enable that option for a user:
