How to activate your merchant portal account

Once your merchant account has been created, PayU will generate an email prompting you to activate your merchant portal account.

If you have not received an email...

  1. navigate to the following web address 
  2. enter your email address, provided in the application form,
  3. click “forgot password” link to have the account activation email resent.

The activation email will be sent from and would have a subject line “Password Retrieval”.

You will need to click on the link provided in order to complete the process

Once your account has been activated you will have access to the PayU merchant portal.
