Below are a few additional considerations for merchants subscribing to StatusPage. https://payuafrica.statuspage.io/

• We’d recommended creating distribution groups for your email communication subscription to https://payuafrica.statuspage.io/
  Example : communication@company.co.za This reduces the need to manage additional email subscriptions via https://payuafrica.statuspage.io/ and allows you, the merchant, to control who is aliased to your distribution group giving you better control over who in your company/business receives mail communications. Ultimately though, anyone within your business will be able to sign up with their business email address regardless of whether they are added to a distribution group or not.
  *Please note that while a distribution group is easier to manage, any of the users associated to the group and who receive the notification mails would be able to unsubscribe.
  Thus preventing any of the other distribution groups members from receiving further communication/notification.
  The only way to resolve this would be to subscribe the mail address again.
  
  
• https://payuafrica.statuspage.io/ will replace Vertical Response incident communications.
  Existing Vertical Response mail accounts WILL NOT be migrated to https://payuafrica.statuspage.io/ 
  Merchants are strongly advised to subscribe to the new service here: https://payuafrica.statuspage.io/
  
  
• Merchants not subscribed to StatusPage will NOT receive updates of incidents or planned maintenance.
  
  
• Merchants can view existing/past incidence’s or scheduled maintenance on the public StatusPage at any time without subscribing.
