How to credit a transaction

The following steps serves as a guide to do full or partial refund on successful transactions

1. Login here: https://www.payu.co.za/admin/auth_login.do

2. Using the transaction search form identify the transaction you would like to refund.
3. Select the Credit option from the Actions dropdown list for the transaction you would like to refund
   
   
   

4. The Credit Transaction popup window will appear with the following options/details:

   Partial credit option = Yes	Partial credit option = No

   
   

   Store ID	ID of the store
   PayU Reference	PayU reference of the transaction being credited
   Transaction Amount	Transaction amount processed
   Date	Date transaction took place
   Partial Credit	Indicates whether a credit will be a full or partial credit No : select No if you would like to do a full credit Yes: slect no if you would like to do a partial credit
   Amount To Credit	Amount to credit if Partial Credit was selected as the option above
