Once your merchant account has been created, PayU 's SafeShop will generate an email prompting you to activate your merchant portal account.

If you have not recieved received an email, please...

  1. navigate to the following web address address https://securewww.safeshoppayu.co.za,/admin 
  2. enter your email address, provided in the application form,
  3. on the page and click “forgot password” link to have the account activation email resent.

The activation email that will be sent from customercare@safeshopfrom notifications@payu.co.za and would have a subject line “Activate your PayU SafeShop account”“Password Retrieval”.

You will need to click on the “Activate my account” link where after you would be redirect to a web page to enter your selected password.link provided in order to complete the process
