Log in to the Merchant Portal (https://merchantportal.payu.co.za) with your email address and password.
Once logged in, click “Stores” on the left navigation menu:
All stores linked to your user account will be displayed.
Click the + icon alongside the store name you would like to amend.
Click the “Admin” button within the “Store details” section:
The “Store Administration” screen will be displayed.
Select the relevant 3D Secure service which you would like to apply:
Click “Save”
If the “Save” is successful, the change will be applied immediately and all transactions initiated after the change will utilise the selected 3D Secure service.
