FASTA (RPP)

Description

FASTA provides an instant credit payment method which allows customers access to credit in minutes to pay for goods or services online.

A customer would select the FASTA payment option, select the amount they’d like to take on credit, enter a few details for the application process, login to their bank account for an instant affordability check and complete the payment.

If the customer opts to take credit for an amount lower than the full transaction amount, they can pay the remaining amount via instant EFT, within the online payment flow.

Returning customers merely need to enter their ID number, FASTA password and confirm their salary before completing the payment.

Transaction Flows

The following transaction flow provides an indication of the user experience after redirecting from your checkout page.

Landing page

Once the customer is redirected from your site, they will be presented with the following page where they are able to select the payment method they wish to use. This page will display all payment methods you have opted to display via the API request.

Select FASTA

When the customer selects to pay using FASTA, they’ll then indicate the amount they’d like to apply for credit and the number of instalments in which they’d like to repay the loan.

Capture ID number

The customer will be required to capture their ID number to begin the process

Complete payment

The customer’s application and payment status will then be confirmed and the user will be redirected back to your site
