eBucks (RPP)

Description

PayU’s eBucks integration allows a customer to make a payment for your products and services using their eBucks.

The flow below outlines and documents the user experience for the customer paying with eBucks as a payment method.

Transaction Flows

These transaction flows show the user interaction with PayU after redirecting from your checkout page.

Landing page

Once the customer is redirected from your site, they will be presented with the following page where they are able to select the payment method they wish to use. This can be customised to suit your payment needs further.

When the user selects to pay using eBucks as a payment method the below section will be expanded to provide the user with necessary button to select to enter and authenticate before logging into the eBucks portal. 

eBucks log in

When the customer selects to continue they will be presented with a page asking them to log into their eBucks account to continue. The customer will need to enter their eBucks account username and password (This information is communicated to eBucks over a secure channel using the strictest security). In the eBucks Portal the customer will have to elect to pay for your product or service before the payment process can commence.

Successful Transaction

After electing to pay for the product or service within eBucks Portal, the customer will then be redirected back to PayU.  If the transaction is successful the below page will be displayed to the user at which point they will be redirected back to your web site.
